- Bank Reference Form
Please complete, sign and date the Dealer Payment Form to add your preferred payment method(s) on your OPENLANE Open Auction Account.
Please complete the Agreement for Pre-Authorized Payments, along with a VOIDED CHECK, to add ACH as a payment option for purchases. Fax the Bank Authorization for ACH Form to the representative at YOUR BANK to authorize OPENLANE.com for ACH.
Please complete the Bank Reference Form should you wish to pay by dealer check, ACH or wire.
